ACSR Core Wires

ASCR Core Wires or aluminium steel conductor reinforced cables, type of high capacity stranded conductor which are typically used in overhead power lines. These conductor wires are best known for higher strength, better corrosion resistant, low consumption power, low weight, high capacity, with good conductivity and durable in nature. These wires are made in the following way where the inner layers are composed by steel wires and the external layers by hard-drawn aluminium. ASCR Core Wires are structurally plain with large transmission capacity and requires effortless installation and easy maintenance, hence cost effective too. these wires are uniform with appropriate surface finish and perfect winding.

APPLICATIONS:-Used for mechanical re-inforcement in the manufacture of Aluminium Conductors Steel Reinforced (ACSR)
